Manufacturer should have placed a stop at the front of the seat’s I-Beam to keep us Elmer Fudd types from mounting the seat at the front edge of the I-Beam, which causes undue stress on the front of the I-Beam due to cantilever of body weight which over time stresses the I-Beam, enabling it to crack or break.

Over a period of going on 10 years now, our telephone and internet service with CenturLink have gone out too many times to keep track of, for an accumulated amount of time totaling more than 1 year. CenturyLink admits the problem is always due to a specific component that goes out in a junction box in our neighborhood. Nevertheless, with their promise that they will reimburse us, following our many, many complaints, we’ve never seen a reimbursement check or any credit to our account.
